The Problem We Saw

The ABA industry has a documentation problem.

Every day, thousands of RBTs finish therapy sessions and spend 15 to 30 minutes writing session notes by hand or in clunky systems designed for other healthcare disciplines. BCBAs spend hours producing assessment reports that follow the same structure every time — manually formatting, re-entering data, and generating graphs from scratch. Training organizations manage certification requirements across dozens or hundreds of students using spreadsheets and manual tracking.

These aren’t technology problems waiting for a complex solution. They’re workflow problems that persist because the ABA field has been underserved by purpose-built software.

What We Observed

Working directly with ABA clinics and practitioners in South Florida, we kept hearing the same frustrations:

  • “I spend more time on paperwork than with my clients.” RBTs described documentation as the most time-consuming part of their day — not because the work is difficult, but because the tools make it slow.
  • “Every assessment report takes me four to six hours.” BCBAs writing initial behavioral assessments were starting from scratch every time, rebuilding the same document structure, re-entering the same types of clinical data, and manually creating baseline graphs.
  • “My Spanish-speaking RBTs write great notes — but I have to rewrite them in English for the record.” In a field where a large percentage of direct-service providers are bilingual, existing tools offered no support for capturing clinical observations in one language and producing professional documentation in another.
  • “RBT training programs give you the content, but there’s no good way to practice for the actual exam.” Certification candidates had limited access to realistic practice questions, timed exam simulations, and concept-level feedback.

What We Built

We started with the problem closest to certification: Get RBT Training. A focused platform with 1,730+ practice questions, timed exam simulations, an AI study assistant, and automatic certificate generation when requirements are met. Available in English and Spanish, on web and mobile.

Then we built Get ABA Assessments — a guided, AI-powered platform that walks BCBAs through structured clinical data collection and produces complete, insurance-ready assessment reports. The platform handles baseline graph generation, ICD-10 code lookup, and narrative drafting. The clinician reviews and approves everything before export.

Next comes Get RBT Notes — a session documentation tool designed specifically for how RBTs actually work. Structured templates, real-time behavior tracking, voice-to-text capture, and AI-drafted clinical narratives that turn session data into professional SOAP-style notes. With built-in bilingual support: capture in Spanish, output in English.

Where We’re Going

Each product works independently today. But together, they create a continuous clinical workflow — from training a new RBT through daily session documentation to formal behavioral assessment. One ecosystem, built entirely for ABA.

We’re a small, focused team. We don’t build features to check boxes on a comparison chart. We build what practitioners tell us they actually need, and we keep building until it works the way they expect.
