We believe the ABA field deserves tools built specifically for its workflows, not adapted from generic healthcare software. Our goal is to become the standard platform that ABA clinics, practitioners, and training organizations rely on throughout the clinical lifecycle: training, daily documentation, and formal assessment.

Core Principles

• Built for ABA, not adapted to it. Every feature reflects the actual workflows, terminology, and compliance requirements of applied behavior analysis. We build in direct collaboration with practicing BCBAs, RBTs, and clinic operators.
• AI assists, clinicians decide. Artificial intelligence drafts, suggests, and accelerates — but never submits, finalizes, or replaces professional judgment. Every AI-generated output is reviewed and approved by a qualified clinician before it becomes part of the clinical record.
• Privacy is architecture, not an afterthought. Patient data protection is built into how our systems process information. Personal health information is de-identified before any AI processing occurs, and clinical documents are stored with encryption and time-limited access controls.
• Accessible to everyone who does the work. Our tools are bilingual (English and Spanish), mobile-friendly, and priced for individual practitioners and small clinics — not just large organizations with enterprise budgets.
• Simplicity over complexity. We solve real problems with straightforward tools. No feature bloat, no unnecessary configuration, no steep learning curves. If a new RBT can’t use it on their first day, we haven’t done our job.
