These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Get ABA Suite platform and all associated products — including Get RBT Training, Get ABA Assessments, and Get RBT Notes — operated by AC Partners LLC (“Get ABA Suite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using any Get ABA Suite product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

1. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our products.

2. Products and Services

Get ABA Suite offers the following products:

• Get RBT Training — Online RBT certification exam preparation, including video courses, practice questions, timed exams, and AI study assistance.
• Get ABA Assessments — AI-assisted clinical assessment platform for generating structured behavioral assessment reports.
• Get RBT Notes — Session documentation tool with AI-assisted note drafting and supervisor review workflows.

Product features, availability, and pricing may change at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Get ABA Suite products only for their intended professional and educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or redistribute content, practice questions, or generated materials without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any product
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt platform functionality
• Misrepresent your professional credentials or identity
• Use AI-generated content without appropriate clinical review and professional oversight
• Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and managed via WooCommerce. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

4.2 Pricing Models

Get ABA Suite products use different pricing models:

• Subscription plans (Get RBT Training): Recurring monthly or annual billing. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
• One-time purchases (Get RBT Training practice exams, Get ABA Assessments case packages): Single payment for defined access or usage credits.

4.3 Subscription Management

• You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

4.4 Refund Policy

• Subscriptions: If you are dissatisfied with a subscription product, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a review of your refund request. Renewals are non-refundable.
• One-time purchases: Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate availability of content upon purchase, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Unused credits: Purchased assessment case credits (Get ABA Assessments) do not expire but are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, designs, and materials on the Get ABA Suite platform are owned by AC Partners LLC or its licensors.
• You retain ownership of the clinical data and documents you create using our tools.
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services (including AI-assisted content generation using de-identified data).
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content, training materials, or practice questions without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content (narratives, summaries, study explanations) is provided as a draft for professional review.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before using it in any clinical, educational, or professional context.
• Get ABA Suite does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or clinical appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated content does not constitute medical advice, clinical supervision, or professional consultation.

7. Clinical Responsibility

• Get ABA Suite provides tools to support clinical work. It does not replace professional judgment, clinical supervision, or the responsibilities of licensed practitioners.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all clinical documentation created using our platform.
• Use of our products does not establish a clinician-patient relationship between Get ABA Suite and any client whose data is entered into the platform.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform scheduled maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend access for security or operational reasons.
• We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from planned or unplanned service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Get ABA Suite and AC Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any clinical outcomes, billing decisions, or professional consequences resulting from the use of content generated by or created through our platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AC Partners LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Clinical decisions made based on content created using our tools

11. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users.
• Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. We may retain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
