Is Get ABA Assessments HIPAA compliant?
Yes. The platform uses de-identification before AI processing, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, role-based access control, and audit logging. BAAs are available.
How are my documents stored?
Documents are stored securely on AWS S3 with AES-256 encryption. Access is through signed URLs that are time-limited and never publicly accessible.
Can I upload supporting documents?
Yes. You can attach logos, charts, and supporting documents in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, up to 3 MB per file.
How long does report generation take?
Reports are generated asynchronously with real-time progress updates. Clinics report going from 4–6 hours of manual writing to about 1–1.5 hours total with the platform.
Can I preview the report before finalizing?
Yes. The quick report preview lets you review the AI-generated narrative before committing to the final report generation.
