Yes. The platform automatically builds baseline graphs from the behavioral observation data you enter — no manual charting needed.
What sections does the assessment cover?
Reason for referral, background information, assessment methods, behavioral observations, baseline data with graphs, functional analysis, recommendations, and medical necessity justification.
What format is the final report?
Reports are generated as Word documents (.docx) that can be converted to PDF. They are formatted and ready for Medicaid and payer submission.
Is patient data sent to the AI?
Only de-identified clinical data is sent for processing. All personally identifiable information and protected health information is removed before AI processing. Your data is never used for model training.
