Main Areas

Dashboard / My Content

The main landing area after login. Displays all assessment cases associated with the account, each shown as a card with:

  • Case name (client identifier)
  • Current status (see statuses below)
  • Overall completion progress (questions answered vs. total)
  • Quick access to continue or review the case

Assessment Editor

The primary working area for completing an assessment. It consists of:

  • Section navigation panel — left sidebar listing all assessment sections; each section shows its completion status
  • Active section content — the current section’s questions and input fields displayed in the main area
  • Progress indicator — shows overall answers completed out of total required
  • Report generation controls — available once the assessment has been filled out

Section Navigation

Assessment sections are organized sequentially. Users can navigate between sections freely — there is no mandatory linear order. The sidebar highlights:

  • Completed sections
  • Sections with unanswered required questions
  • The currently active section

This allows practitioners to fill sections in the order that best matches their clinical workflow or the information available at the time.

Repeatable Sections

Some sections of the assessment — specifically those covering maladaptive behaviors and replacement programs — can be repeated to document multiple instances.

For example, if a client presents with three maladaptive behaviors, the clinician adds three forms within that section. Each form is completed independently and generates its own narrative block in the final report.

The number of forms per section is set by the user before completing that section.

Report Generation Interface

Once the assessment is sufficiently complete, the report generation panel becomes active. From here, users can:

  • Request a preview to review draft narrative content before finalizing
  • Trigger full report generation to produce the final Word document
  • Monitor real-time generation progress via a live status indicator

Document Download

After a report is generated successfully, the final Word document is available for download directly from the assessment case. The document is stored securely and the download link remains accessible from the case at any time.

Assessment Statuses

Each assessment case moves through the following statuses as work progresses:

Status Meaning
Created Case opened; no answers saved yet
In Progress At least one answer has been saved
On Queue Report generation has been requested and is being processed
Completed Report has been generated and is available for download
Cancelled Case has been closed without completion

The current status is visible on every case card in the dashboard and updates in real time during report generation.
