After report generation completes, the final assessment document is available for download directly from the assessment case. Reports are produced as Word documents and can be converted to PDF using standard office software.
Report Format
All reports are generated as Word (.docx) files.
The Word format was chosen deliberately:
- It is universally compatible with office and clinical software
- Clinicians can make final edits, add signatures, or adjust formatting before submission
- It can be printed or converted to PDF using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any compatible application
- Insurance and Medicaid payers commonly accept Word documents or PDFs derived from them
What the Report Contains
A fully generated assessment report includes:
- Clinic logo (if uploaded during the assessment)
- Client and assessment identifying information
- Narrative sections for each clinical domain — AI-drafted and formatted by subject area
- Baseline graphs — embedded as images, either AI-generated from entered data or uploaded by the clinician
- Maladaptive behavior sections — one complete section per documented behavior
- Replacement program sections — one complete section per documented program
- Intervention recommendations
- ICD-10-CM diagnostic codes with descriptions
- Clinical impressions and summary
The report is formatted to meet professional clinical documentation standards and is designed to be suitable for insurance, Medicaid, and payer submission.
Downloading the Report
- From the dashboard, open the completed assessment case
- Click Download Report
- The Word document opens or downloads in the browser
The download link is generated on demand as a secure, time-limited URL. If the link expires, return to the case and click the download button again — a new link is generated instantly.
Storage and Access
Reports are stored on AWS S3 in a private, access-controlled bucket. Documents are never publicly accessible by URL.
All downloads are served through AWS CloudFront using signed URLs — each link is unique, tied to the authenticated user, and expires after a short period. This ensures that only authorized users can access the document, even if a link is inadvertently shared.
Reports remain stored and downloadable from the case for as long as the account is active. There is no expiry on report storage.
File Uploads in Reports
Any files uploaded during the assessment — clinic logos, behavioral charts, supporting clinical images — are embedded directly in the generated report at the appropriate location.
Upload specifications:
- Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF
- Maximum file size: 3 MB per file
- Logo dimensions: Automatically resized to fit within 300 × 150 pixels
- Chart images: Automatically resized to a maximum width of 800 pixels
Editing the Report After Download
The downloaded Word document is fully editable. Clinicians can:
- Modify AI-generated narrative text
- Add or remove sections
- Adjust formatting
- Insert signatures or credentials
- Add supplementary clinical notes
The platform version of the document is not affected by edits made in Word. If a new report needs to be generated from the platform, regeneration is available from the assessment case.
