Get ABA Assessments is designed to support both individual practitioners and clinical teams managing multiple cases simultaneously. The platform provides the structure needed to maintain organized, consistent documentation across a caseload.


Managing Multiple Cases

Users who purchase a 2-case or 3-case package have immediate access to all cases from the dashboard. Each case:

  • Appears as a separate card with its own status, client name, and progress indicator
  • Is fully independent — work on one case does not affect others
  • Can be in a different stage at any time (one in progress, one on queue, one completed)

There is no limit to how many cases can be active or in progress simultaneously within a purchased package.

Workflow for a Single Case

A typical assessment case follows this sequence:

Purchase slot → Open case → Name client → Fill sections
    → Upload logo → Complete behaviors and programs
    → Review answers → Generate report → Download document

At any point, the clinician can:

  • Save progress and return later
  • Navigate between sections freely
  • Add or remove repeatable form instances
  • Request a draft preview before final generation

Team Use and Delegation

Assessment cases purchased under an account can be used by the account holder and their team. In a clinic setting, a supervisor or director may:

  • Purchase a multi-case package on behalf of the practice
  • Assign individual cases to staff members (BCBAs or BCaBAs)
  • Monitor progress through the dashboard’s status and completion indicators
  • Review completed reports before submission

The platform does not currently enforce individual user-level access restrictions per case — all users with access to the account can view and work on any case associated with it.


Coordinating Multiple Behaviors and Programs

For clients with complex presentations, the repeatable section design allows the clinical team to document each maladaptive behavior and replacement program in full without losing structure.

The form management control within each repeatable section allows:

  • Adding new behavior or program forms as the assessment unfolds
  • Working on each form independently (each has its own tab)
  • Removing forms that are no longer needed (with confirmation)

Each form generates its own dedicated section in the final report, keeping the documentation organized even for high-complexity cases.


Real-Time Status Updates

During report generation, the assessment case status updates live via WebSocket connection. Any team member viewing the case sees the same real-time progress:

  • On Queue — report generation has started
  • Progress bar advances as each clinical domain is processed
  • Completed — document is ready and the download link activates

This means a supervisor can monitor generation in real time without needing to refresh the page or follow up with the staff member who initiated it.


Subscription Plans for Ongoing Caseloads — Coming Soon

For clinics with consistent monthly assessment volume, subscription plans are in development. Monthly subscriptions will automatically provision a defined number of new cases each billing cycle, removing the need to return to the store for each batch of assessments.
